Baked goods from Yumi's Dozen are prepared safely and hygienically. My mom is a qualified food handler with a certificate from York Region Public Health. She watches everything I do in the kitchen to make sure it is safe. I always wear a ponytail or cover my hair, and I never start working without washing my hands thoroughly.
